What makes this job that much more enjoyable is getting to photograph friendly, beautiful souls! Some good friends of ours are expecting a bundle of love very soon and you can tell they are going to be the best parents! Ann carries pregnancy so graciously (jealous for when my time comes) and judging by the snaps, JT totally adores his wife. I have specifically hidden some gender reveal photos and can’t wait to add them to this collection when the time is right so keep your eyes peeled!  JT + Ann, I can’t wait to meet your baby and say hello!

Ann’s Baby Shower

Attended a beautiful Baby Shower in honour of our dear friend Ann this weekend. 👶🌹🌼 Such a chill day and great party planning and décor by the ever so talented, Lois. Because Ann loves to bake, she HAD to make her own cake!‬ 🎂 This way she could do absolutely anything she wanted with her creativity and can I say  so, so scrumptious! Travel Adventures Part II: Europe

And off we continue to EUROPE! Landed in London on Christmas day so not too much was happening where we were staying. We then headed to Calais for France to start another Topdeck tour. Best moment in Paris was riding around the city on bicycles; someone cut their head a bit on the paved roads so GREAT way to start a tour! Sitting with a kitty in a café; that was the cherry on top. Where do I start? Jeremy and I saved up for about 2 years to make this adventure happen and boy did I catch the travel BUG! This shoot was something different and exciting for me! I’m more of a natural photographer, using the skylight as my main light. Vika & Ann were after a ‘Vogue’ kind of feel to their shoot being accompanied by flower head pieces by Love Crowns of course {facebook.com/lovecrownsbylisaj + instagram.com/lcrowns }! These two share a very special bond and wanted to immortalise in photo form. They needed some new photos to update their houses! Peter + Lisa’s Wedding Film

Peter & Lisa’s Wedding; What a joyous and intimate day! These guys were so at home with each other and everyone. I am so humbled to be a part of their journey together (see: PETER + LISA’S ENGAGEMENT SHOOT + PETER + LISA’S ENGAGEMENT PARTY); seeing it bloom from the very beginning stages. Can’t wait to keep doing life with these two. This is Jeremy’s (My hubster) first attempt at filming and editing, and boy did he do a fantastic job; imagine what you could do with more practice under your belt 😉 Thank you also to Leroy Corea for some of the footage. Winter in Queenstown

Seems to be an annual thing where we travel to different places during winter (see: Winter in Melbourne City). It’s something that is so needed for us as we get to pause on our busy schedules and fly away to spend some quality time without the extra buzz. I had never been to New Zealand before so off we went to the most tourist of all NZ destinations, Queenstown. By the time we landed, the snow was only covering the tips of the mountains; By the time we left the snow was about one-third down the mountains! The cold weather definitely took a turn fast (we were only there for 5 days)! Queenstown is naturally one of the most beautiful places I’ve been to yet; Crystal blue lake surrounded by gorgeous, green mountains. Because of Winter, the leaves were yellow, red warm colours and falling from the trees. We got to experience Fergburger & Fergbakery; oh man, their PIES are to die for!!! Also the local food and produce; we went on a River cruise farm & BBQ tour and visited Arrowtown. It was raining heavily by the time we visited Glenorchy, but we were still able to enjoy Queenstown and I was still able to take some snaps. We found a really cool trail on the side of a main road; litereally felt like we were in a scene from Twilight.Thank you Queenstown for your gorgeous, natural vibes & I hope you enjoy the snaps from this trip. Next Stop, AMERICA & EUROPE 2015-2016! Keep your eyes peeled!

P.S The very last photo is a collage of Jeremy crapping his pants on the sky rail (after that he was like a kid on the luge!)
