What an honour it was to capture John & Kathy’s marriage renewal. 30 years of life, love and family were felt that day. You could really tell that their love tank was overflowing whenever John & Kathy laid eyes on their closest friends, children & especially, their grandbabies. These two are the cutest cousins (first cousins who look nothing alike) to walk this planet. I may be bias seeing as they are my family. Leo is two and a half whilst Eben just turned one; boy these ages are fun but cheeky and tantrum filled! Their rompers were made by a great small, local business called Little WolfieĀ –Ā A great place to purchase customised gifts and to support our local businesses [I would know ;)]!

Sammy is an extremely talented and gifted woman! She’s a super mum of two kids under 3, is a hairdresser/stylist, makeup artist, artist and clearly has an eye for design. For those who don’t know yet, Jeremy & I are expecting our very own wild thing early April! My sister Lisa threw us a memorable, creative and fun baby shower (What a blessing sisters are!). I am currently at 33 weeks and everybody just can’t wait to meet our little guy. Ā We have been married for 4.5 years so we figured it was time… so did everybody else! (I was adamant on travelling before starting our family!) The date of the party just happens to be exactly 5 years after our Engagement party! – February 18th 2012 so it was just meant to be.Ā We also just had our maternity photos taken by the beautiful Ethereal Photography team and we just love how they captured this moment for us (you can see some of the photos in the below frames). Big thanks also to JoJo’s Treat House for the eyegasmic woodland cake! Enjoy the snaps I managed to get of the decor before the wild rumpus began!

I have known Dannielle since high school and continued to work with her afterwards. (good old Homeart which has now gone bust lol.) I remember working shifts with her and telling her I’d need to record her tunes one day…which never came, my bad. Of course life goes on and was so happy when she contacted me to photograph her growing family to update their frames and to give as Christmas gifts to the family. The Beauchamps were off on another adventure and one a little more close to home. We had organised to go over to Dunedin & Invercargill on the South Island to attend Jeremy’s grandfather’s internment. Last time we were in New Zealand (Winter in Queenstown) it was more of a holiday/tourist trip but this time we were seeing all the family and really making memories with everyone as we travelled parts of the South Island together (all 8 of us in a van – squished like sardines lol!). It was so good to learn about Jeremy’s paternal family tree and all the heritage and history that came with it. I think it was unanimous that the time we spent together as a family was having Uncle George & Aunti Pirri along for the ride. The knowledge of countlessĀ Beauchamp stories were overflowing and we were so humbled by their presence. 60+ years of marriage from this couple made me yearn for the same with Jeremy & I (They were the definition of COUPLE GOALS ā¤). We trekked (in our trusty Van) from Mosgiel, Invercargill, The Catlins, Papatowai, Parakanui Falls, Lanarch Castle & back to Dunedin. Below are some of my favourites form the trip and I hope you enjoy them just as much as we do!
What a joy to be asked to photograph this great looking bunch again! Having previously shot Mark + Sasha Pregnancy Reveal with Mateo, this was just as special as they welcomed their little girl Sofia this week (10th November).
